Meniscus exercises have a therapeutic effect. The patient, who is examined by the doctor, must perform some movements regularly according to the degree of meniscus tear. What happens if the meniscus tear is not treated? Knee joint cartilage and meniscus of the patient may become more operative with time.

Meniscus tear is usually caused by movements such as sudden knee rotation and stopping, sometimes caused by direct impact of the knee. Knee pain, swelling and loss of movement occurs. Locking of the knee occurs when walking and climbing up and down stairs.

These exercises for the treatment of meniscus also reduce knee pain and strengthen the knee. When we look at the contents of movements, there are mostly knee stretching, knee strengthening, knee stabilization and mobilization effects.
