Blue light belongs to high color temperature, it’s very short and visible wavelength between 380-550 nm for circadian regulation.
How does blue light damage the eyes?
Exposure to blue light inhibits the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that influence circadian rhythms and cause inability to fall asleep.
