A person is charismatic, loving, reliable, active and in many cases magical. People are charismatic, expressive, strong and confident, hopeful and friendly. In most cases, they pay attention to others and have a kind of inner charm that attracts others to them. Having charisma is very important in your career, even if you don't have a management role. When you have charisma, others are willing to work with you, accept your ideas, trust your opinions, and are very interested in being influenced by you.

Charisma and Power Charisma is a form of "reference power" that social psychologists such as John French and Bertram Raven have defined as one of the 4 bases of power. Reference power is the power you have because others like and respect you. Creating charisma Charisma refers to a set of attributes and behaviors that, when they are put together, your character becomes an attractive and charismatic character.

Tip: A common misconception about charisma is that charisma has a lot to do with physical attractiveness. Although physical attractiveness helps make you likable in a variety of situations, it is not specifically the only component needed to have charisma.
