Surah Ra'ad, the thirteenth surah, is one of the civil surahs that is included in the thirteenth chapter of the Qur'an. Raad means the roar of the sky and is taken from the thirteenth verse. This surah talks about monotheism and the power of God, the truth of the Qur'an and the prophethood of the Prophet of Islam, resurrection and the description of heaven and hell. One of the famous verses of this surah is verse 28, which says that peace of hearts depends on the remembrance of God, and verse 43, which, according to some commentators, refers to Imam Ali (as) by "I have the knowledge of the book". It is said that whoever recites Surah Ra'ad, God will give him ten times the good of the clouds in the past, present and future.
