This mobile application desigend to measure and decrease the online social networking addiction. After this mobile application is installed on a smartphone, the 4 sections of mobile application are displayed.The first section is about social networking addiction concept for the purpose of allowing the user to know more about online social networking addiction and its effects. The second section includes questionnaire to measure the  online social networking addiction level. The third section includes a list of activities that user can choose, they are randomly suggested to user via notification to replace online social networking. The fourth section shows the list of all social networking apps that was installed on the smartphone. User can select some networking Apps to manage the time spent on selected social networking app.
