Bazaar is a platform for the distribution of Android content. The content available on Bazaar is provided for the platform (posted on the platform) by developers and suppliers (providers) and Cafe Bazaar has no direct role in the development of the content. Therefore, all responsibility regarding any content is borne by it supplier.

Enforcement Process

If your application violates our policies, it will be unpublished and we’ll send you an email containing the infringements.  Repeated violations (like publishing malwares, malicious apps or any other similar terms) may cause your application being deleted or your developer's account being suspended.

Please note that infringement notification emails may not contain all the issues or violations of your application. You, as a developer, have the responsibility to fix all the issues and make sure that your other applications are not in violation of our policies as well. Indiscrimination application issues may cause your application being removed from Cafe Bazaar.

If you see any application that is violating our policies, please report it to us. Whatever you send us will be checked by our experts.

To check these reports in details, it is needed to send us specified information like:

• Intellectual Property infringement: A content which its rights are reserved for you is published illegally.

• If a content which its rights are reserved for you is published in Cafe Bazaar illegally and without your permission, please send a report to “developers@cafebazaar.ir” in the following format. We will investigate your complaint in detail and if accepted, the content will be unpublished from Cafe Bazaar.

• To investigate terms related to copyright infringement, it is needed to send the necessary  information in the following format: 

1. Copyright owner name

2. Contact information, including your name, your phone number and your email address. (If you are not the author, please clarify your relation to the author.)

3. Mention these: 

a) The exact contents which you are complaining and its exact position in the application

b) Licenses and registration number if exists

4. Application name, link, version number (if it’s needed) and publisher’s name in Cafe Bazaar

5. Add this paragraph: “I’m sure that the content published in the above application is not allowed by the author.”

6. Add this clause: “This is an accurate report and I have the rights from the author to proceed this complaint.”

7. Sign the document.

Repeat infringer publishers may have their developer account being suspended. If you believe that a particular developer is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact us.
