Today, organizations that greater levels of capacity to demonstrate the impact of knowledge management learning experience, which could be its capabilities in the rapid response to reduce rework, change, new ideas and innovation to improve. Nowadays knowledge as valuable and strategic resources "and" a "is" assets and provideproducts and services with quality, economical and convenient, without the propermanagement and use of this valuable resource, is hard and sometimes nammakn. Knowledge management can be used as a factor for achieving competitive advantage and maintain interest. In the banking industry, too, of the importance of innovation and creativity valaei and is one of the important goals. Therefore, in order to fulfillthis goal, these institutions must be in the field of the dissemination of knowledge,and transfer it to their community. In this study, the study of literature and history in the meantime been trying study, study of the effects of knowledge management based on innovation. This research in terms of the objective applied and descriptive nature. In order to collect the data of the questionnaire has been used. Statistical population consists of all the employees of Bank Saderat Yazd city. The results of the analysis of the data showed that between knowledge management and innovation there is no significant relationship.
