Hoshad is the official smart assistant app of Sandogh Gharzolhasaneh Shahed, an interest-free loan (qard al-hasan) fund. The app's goal is to make it easier and faster for fund members to access financial services and support — without needing to visit a branch in person.

With Hoshad, a member can complete identity verification entirely online, using live video capture and their national ID card, with no need for in-person visits or paper documents. Once verified, users can view their account balance, active facilities, and transaction history at a glance.

One of the app's core features is loan (facility) requests: users can check their eligibility, choose the loan amount and number of installments, introduce a guarantor if required (with automatic checks on the guarantor's fund membership and identity), record a short statement video, and submit the request. The review status can be tracked from the same screen, and the final decision — approved or rejected, along with the reason — is delivered via SMS and an in-app notification.

Hoshad also includes an AI-powered assistant that answers members' frequently asked questions about the fund's services and can provide information such as balance, branches, and services conversationally. For issues that need human follow-up, users can open a support ticket and communicate directly with the fund's support team.

Other features include in-app announcements and notifications, a points and referral-code system for inviting friends, and profile and account settings management.
