This app can use online resources, user does not have to update the application permanently to benefit from improvements.The app requires internet connection.
In the application there are virtual measurement tools that the user can use both to learn how to measure and practice. The user receives feedback from the application, and knows whether reading the measured value correctly or not

The application is educational, not used for effective measurement. It has a very similar interface to real instruments, and is very easy to use.
