Siti Tacker is an innovative SaaS location-based solution to track and manage mobile workers and field services on a smart map without the need for a GPS device. It’s also equipped with algorithms that aim to optimize the battery usage on mobile phone.

Siti Tracker makes it possible to track position and monitor the routes traveled, the stopping points, the time and distance for every task and make sure of the on-time arrivals of mobile workers.

It also provides an advanced task manager adapted to needs of mobile employees and field services. It makes it possible to schedule tasks to the right resource and dispatch activities in real time, see which worker can do more jobs and when. Siti Tracker enables business and mobile workforce to exchange messages, photos & documents or capture signatures and images from the field. One can also track task execution, job completion and time spent on each activity.

In Siti-tracker, along with managing the workforce, customers are not forgotten either. They are automatically informed about the departure of the dispatched worker and the ETA. They can also verify the worker identity and get updates of work progress. A web-based rating and commenting system are also provided for customers. Thus, customers can rate the dispatched worker and directly send comments to managers. Note that customers do not need to install any software.
