FitMate brings your sports plans together: discover a suitable practice, book your own place, find companions within that practice and follow your attendance experience.

For athletes
Search by sport, location, date, time, service and price. Review the price, remaining capacity and cancellation conditions before confirming your booking. Practices follow the gender selected during account creation; that selection cannot subsequently be changed.
Find companions for a practice you have personally booked. Track incoming, sent and accepted requests. Each athlete needs a separate personal booking; joining or leaving a companion group does not create or cancel another person's booking.
Keep upcoming, past and cancelled bookings together. Present your entry pass at reception. Check-in and coach-confirmed attendance are separate steps. After the practice ends and attendance is confirmed, athletes and clubs can rate their experience from zero to five.

For club owners
Manage clubs from Account and My Clubs. Register and pin your club, manage dates, times, audience, capacity and prices, and follow bookings and attendance. Clubs and practices appear publicly after review. Creating a club, managing details and saving drafts are free.

Practice publication credits
Each independently dated practice costs one publication credit, valued at 4,000 toman. Attendance numbers, capacity and practice price do not change this cost. Consumable Bazaar packs provide 10 credits for 40,000 toman, 50 for 200,000 toman or 200 for 800,000 toman, with no volume discount or automatic renewal.
Credits are held when submitted for review and charged only after publication approval. Rejection releases the hold. Editing does not charge again; copying to another date or time is a new publication. Ordinary cancellation after publication does not automatically refund the credit. Drafts are preserved when credit is insufficient, and pending purchases can be restored.

Athlete payments
FitMate charges athletes no booking commission. The practice fee is paid directly at the club and is separate from the owner's software publication credits.

Sign-in and privacy
Sign in with an SMS code; password login remains available for existing accounts. Secure biometric sign-in is available on compatible devices. Biometric data is not sent to FitMate. Location permission supports the map, nearby clubs and entry checks; GPS alone is not proof of attendance. FitMate does not continuously track athlete routes. Camera access supports entry-pass scanning. Optional notifications depend on permission, internet and device settings.

Current availability, booking, companion actions, attendance and credit purchases require internet. Some previously viewed pages remain read-only for up to 24 hours. Local availability depends on approved clubs and practices.
