As it spreads, the horrifying curse infects new victims and torments them throughout their lives. The only person who survived the original movie, Rose Cotter, is haunted by the ominous smile and is compelled to face the evil force that created it. As the curse worsens, Rose has to learn more about the sinister roots of the smile and struggle to end the terrifying cycle before it devours her and everyone she cares about.—Oscar Serpa
