E.B. who doesn't want to become the Easter Bunny goes to Los Angeles, Hollywood. Meeting a man named Fred O'Hare he asks him to fulfill his dream of becoming a drummer. To keep the Easter tradition running Fred decides to become the first Human Easter Bunny.
