If you have watch device with Android Wear 2.0 or high then you may install an application directly from the watch. But if you have a link to good application you must found this application on Google Play market manually using small watch screen. This is not very convenient.
So this utility can open on your watch device page on Google Play market autoumatically: juste copy and paste a link and press button.
