This is a theme for Kustom LWP. 
Make sure to have Kustom (pro) main app installed before download this theme. 
HOW TO USE?
1. Set Kustom as live wallpaper. 
2. Go to "Load Preset" in Kustom Settings.
3. Load the theme by clicking theme icon in the list.

Tip: To experience better use of the Nova launcher.
In Nova launcher :
 Scrolling Wallpaper on-
 Hide the dock-
- Disable Page indicator

Note: Music controls need notification access in your settings, sometimes this needs to be set manually in notification access, and check the kustom tick box. Also there are 3 weather providers in kustom. This is in the settings in Kustom.
