With hezarbin, just a video soruce or a stream of IP Camera can be re-streamed to be viewed by  thousands of people (clients) simentesly without increasing bandwidth.

In addition to Video Re-Stream, Hazarbin has the ability to record, manage videos, events, and user access levels.

This version of the software is a client for Android devices.
