We recommend that you have a good WIFI or 4G connection when you download Blue Water App, because the app contains a considerable amount of marina data and the download process can take a few minutes for older phones or smart phones with a slow processor. After the download is completed, Blue Water asks permission to use your GPS location and to send push messages. These are important tools to process your booking as quickly as possible. Blue Water App uses a unique iBeacon technology, which enables a direct communication between your phone and the marina systems. We ask you to switch on your Bluetooth connection when you use Blue Water App or when you approach a marina so that we can guarantee the best connection between you and the marina.

After downloading the app, you can set up a basic profile; the boat information can be found by typing your boat model in the search bar or by checking the list of brands. If your boat is not listed then you click on “Add a yacht” and you can enter the details of your boat. Blue Water App uses Stripe, which is one of the largest international payment providers which guarantees a secure payment process. Your credit card details will be stored by Stripe in a secure way so that you do not need to enter these data again for future bookings. After your booking you will receive a confirmation by email.
