Saman — Bring order to your accounts

When financial information is scattered across notebooks and files, understanding your business becomes harder. Saman brings everyday accounting records, organized business information and financial reports together in a Persian-language Android interface.

Everyday operations, clearly organized

Use the visual Operations Center to find accounts, customers, suppliers, products, sales, purchases, banks and transactions. Additional sections provide access to cheque, warehouse, project, cost-center, staff, payroll, asset, budget, petty-cash and loan records. Available actions vary by section, account permissions and subscription status. Search and categorized tiles help you reach the relevant area without navigating a long, unstructured list.

Draft journals: review before posting

Prepare an accounting journal as a draft, check its entries, then activate it when it is ready. Draft journals do not affect account balances or financial reports until activated. Editing, copying and deleting draft journals support the preparation process, while visible document status helps distinguish work in progress from entries that affect your accounts.

Sales, purchases and master data

Maintain customer, supplier, product and account records, then reuse them when entering transactions. Record multiple items, quantities, prices, discounts and tax amounts in sales and purchase workflows. Users must check the rates and figures that apply to their business. Saman organizes the information you enter; it does not certify its tax or legal correctness.

Financial reports with a defined basis

Access a trial balance, profit-and-loss statement, balance sheet, account ledger and accounting consistency checks from the Reports Center. Choose a reporting period to review the relevant figures and share report text when needed. Financial calculations use active journals; draft journals remain available for review without changing report totals.

Try it first, complete registration later

Choose “I'll register later” to enter as a guest. An eligible account starts a free trial lasting one Persian calendar month, with no bank card required. Complete registration from that same guest account to keep its records linked to your registered account. The free trial does not renew automatically and is not a repeatable benefit for every registration. After access expires, creating new records depends on subscription eligibility; expiration does not itself delete existing information.

• The current app interface is Persian. This English description does not indicate an English-language interface.

• An internet connection and access to the Saman server are required. The app is not designed for fully offline use.

• Available sections and editing rights depend on user permissions and subscription status.

• Android and web workflows are not necessarily identical. This description refers to the Android app's available capabilities.

• Saman is not a banking service, tax-filing service or substitute for an accountant or qualified tax adviser. Users remain responsible for checking their records and meeting applicable legal requirements.
