Considering Tehran's municipality's approach to protecting the city and participation of citizens in this regard, it was also decided in the municipality of Tehran to improve the electronic services in order to register and report urban problems for citizens (co-workers). Assistants are in fact citizens who come to the 1888 municipality of Tehran in the course of registration and authentication processes and will be able to send messages from this system. It is worth mentioning that the co-sponsors will be able to record the report in text, audio and photo and video and will be able to track the recorded message for them.
