How do reminders work?

You can set reminders by date, mileage, or both. For heavy vehicles, engine-hour reminders are also available.

Do service centers need a separate app?

No. Vehicle owners and service centers use the same CARIOO app and switch between the owner panel and the center panel.

How does a center-logged service enter my history?

The center logs the service and you approve it so it stays as verified history in the vehicle’s digital log.

Does history disappear when I sell the vehicle?

No. You can transfer ownership to the buyer so the service history stays with the vehicle. A PDF sales report is also available.
