SAKHT is an interactive platform for the oil industry with companies that manufacture/supplier goods and equipment for the oil industry. Companies that wish to be included in the Ministry of Oil’s AVL can apply for an assessment through the self-declaration section. Companies that are interested in introducing their capabilities to other players in this ecosystem or seeking to learn about the needs of other players can use the supply and demand section. Allocation of funds managed by the oil industry, including Note 18 of annual government budget resources, is also done through the facilities component in SAKHT.
