ImaGram: An AI-Powered Communication Assistant for Deaf and Hearing People

ImaGram is an AI-powered communication application designed to help deaf and hearing people communicate with each other in a shared conversation environment.

Users can find contacts and communicate through chat. The app currently offers four main capabilities:

• Converting text into speech and sign language
  
• Converting speech into text and sign language
  
• Converting sign language into text and speech using computer vision and artificial intelligence
  
• Two-way communication through a chat environment, making communication between deaf and hearing people easier
  

In the current version, camera-based sign language recognition is available for a limited number of words, and this capability is continuously being developed to expand its vocabulary.

ImaGram acts as an intelligent communication assistant, helping make communication easier between deaf people and their families, friends, workplaces, service centers, and the wider community.
