‏‏Artan 2 (Dream of Return) is an action and adventure game.

‏‏Summary of the first version

‏‏In the year 2459, a group called the Cartel comes to power and quickly becomes the most powerful organization in the world. They try to create the most powerful weapon in the world. But their experiments cause the spread of a deadly disease and in a short time it covers most cities. The disease reaches the city of Trasima (the city of the main character of the game). To prevent the spread of the disease in the region, the Cartel kills sick people and takes non-sick people to an unknown area to test their experiments. Artan is the only one who can escape, although he himself sees signs of the disease. He tries to get as far away from the cartel organization and its people as he can, but something strange happens to him on the way. In the first step, he comes across a cartel military area and finds information about a secret laboratory and decides to go there to see what experiments are being conducted there. On the way, he meets a girl named Lina and soon they become friends and companions. Lina also decides to help Artan, but in the end they both fall into the cartel's trap and are arrested.

‏‏The game's story is told in the year 2460, exactly one year after the events of the first version.

‏‏Artan and Lina are arrested, but Artan is still able to escape from the cartel forces, but he decides to find his friend Lina and free her. On the way, he meets a person named Barka and tells him his story, and Barka promises to take him to a city called Pavlion because, according to Barka, he has friends who can help Artan find Lina. Artan and Barka set off, but along the way, Barka's behavior becomes more and more strange. Barka suggests Artan to rest in a cave in the mountains, but after a short time, Barka disappears in the mountains.
