Intellectual and Material Ownership

Private owner, designer, and developer of the work:
Engineer Shahaboddin Habibi Khoozani (M.Sc. in Software Engineering)
-  The intellectual property (IP) of the work is non-transferable , and all material and moral rights remain exclusively with the developer from the moment of creation.

-   Periodic sponsorship is acceptable.

-   The acceptance of a non-equity investment structured as a profit-sharing arrangement is permitted, with a share of 20% up to a maximum of 30% of the project's net profit, until the investor has received a predefined cap (for example, 2 to 3 times the principal investment). This arrangement does not confer any ownership or equity rights in the project.

-   Acceptance of  Non-Equity Grants  is permitted.
