The Light of Hope is the text and translation of the asking for forgiveness that Imam Ali (as), taught to a person who referred to him due to financial problems. And after a year, his situation changed and that person reported the abundance of his property to Imam (as).

Imam Ali (as) said about this asking forgiveness: I swear to the God who chose Muhammad as prophet, there is no servant who seeks forgiveness of God with this prayer unless the glorious God, because of this prayer, forgives his sins, gratify all his desires and offer affluence on his wealth and children.
