برنامه خوبیه مخصوصن چون ایران ساختتش من برای مسابقات کاراتم برای تمرین از این هم استفاده کردم همون حرکات کاراته رو داره ولی مشکل اینه خیلی سخت راه میره باید چند بار بزنی حرکت رو تا کار کنه حرکات رو خوب اجرا نمیکنه خیلی دیر حرکت رو میزنه ولی به هر حال خوب ساختنش از نضر کیفیتم بد نیست
