The built-in Reader speaks any text you paste in or share from
another app. News articles, emails, ebook excerpts, web pages,
notes — share to eSpeak NG and listen.

- Save what you hear as a WAV audio file and share to any app.

Set eSpeak NG as your Android TTS engine and every app that uses
TTS — TalkBack, ebook readers, learning apps, navigation, your
own custom apps — can speak through it. Customise:
- Speech rate (words per minute).
- Pitch and pitch range.
- Volume.
- Voice variants (male, female, whisper, klatt, and more).
- Punctuation level: silent, some, or all.

TalkBack-friendly throughout. The Reader works one-handed with
notification controls and large touch targets. Native default
output is set up automatically on first launch.

The eSpeak NG engine is licensed under GPLv3+ by Jonathan
Duddington and the eSpeak NG community. The Android port is
derived from the Google eyes-free project under Apache 2.0.
