Lomezh Business Management brings company owners and employees into one workspace: team management, work schedules, attendance, payroll and company-specific ERP development. Each user sees the information and tools permitted for their account.

Manage your team

Create work units, personnel profiles with photos, login accounts, employment contracts and fixed or mobile shifts. Activate or suspend personnel access and copy an invitation message. Review attendance, leave, mission and salary advance requests.

Payroll and employee accounts

Calculate payroll from recorded working time and configured parameters. Review and publish payslips, download PDF payslips with personnel photos, create payment orders, record partial payments and follow account balances.

A specialist workspace for your business

Submit your company's ERP requirements inside the app. Specialist workspaces become available after review, development and activation for that company. Owners manage access profiles and module permissions across work units. Specialist development is separate from base-account subscriptions; modules are not enabled for every company by default.

Location and privacy

With user consent and Android permission, location supports attendance and permitted shift areas. Periodic sampling is limited to assigned shift hours and uses a visible foreground notification. It may continue with the screen off. Users can stop tracking from the notification or revoke permission in Android settings. Always-on location permission is not requested. Battery, GPS and connectivity restrictions may delay samples. Lines between samples represent an approximate route.

Biometric sign-in is optional on compatible devices after setup. Fingerprint and face data do not leave the device. Photos and attachments use the system file picker. Notifications cover work events and visible tracking status. Personnel and location data are restricted to the employee and authorized company management. The privacy policy is available on the login screen.

Accounts and payments

Android, web, Windows and the iPhone web app connect to the same account data. Purchases and renewals for all versions are made in the Android app through Cafe Bazaar. The primary account and additional users have separate credit. Available terms and final prices are shown before purchase; renewals are not automatic. ERP development has a separate fee and does not replace account subscriptions. Internet access is required.
