Here’s an overview of how online coaching works:

1. We pick a goal – Fat loss, Toning, Muscle Gain , Photoshoot date, Comp, or general all round maintenance.

2. We set a time frame

3. You become part of the Mjfitness team

4. You get access to me 24/7

5. I develop your programs and can change them weekly or monthly depending on progress.

6. You follow the plans with video guidance on all exercises.

7. Check in every 7 days, or ask me any questions in between.

8. We monitor and fine tune our approach over time so you are constantly progressing (no plateaus wanted)

9. You, lose weight, get ripped, build more muscle and smile more.

I’ll save you a lot of time, money and effort getting to your end goal. Basically, you get your own private dietitian and coach.
