EPOLL is an online form builder, exam builder and survey app to collect data for surveys and questionnaires from the field. It stores all responses collected on your mobile, when you are offline. When you are connected to the internet, it will send the collected data to the server.

You can create your forms in https://app.epoll.pro. Then you will assign the users to access to the form. When the user signs in to application on the mobile, he will see the list of the forms assigned to him. By clicking on the from name, the form will load and user can fill out the form. At the end by submitting the form, the collected data will send to the server.

The form can have different question types such as single choice, multiple choice, text box, etc. In the form you can have picture question, that require you add a picture from your camera or the gallery of your mobile. Also, when submitting the form, the IP and location of the user will be saved.
