How to use "60s" collection?      

The only thing you have to do is:      

choose one sentence and listen to playback:      

PLZ REPEAT with LIPS in 60, 30 and 11 seconds silence between voices.      

Don't Forget if you would not repeat with lips, you have not do anything.      

At the search and  favorites you can find and play with the corresponding pattern of repeats and reviews.      

You can see each text during its playback.     

After each section take 30 minutes rest.
