The app is basically a hotspot....it directs ur 4G connection from the smartphone with 4G connection to the phones that do not have 4G connection or does not support 4G....also it lets u use 4G on laptops.......in other words the app lets you use 4G on your laptops and other smartphone phones that do not have their own 4G connection....
