The Ag-drive app is an ‘all-in-one’ app for agricultural contractors and farmers. It’s the most cost-effective way to manage your farm business from receiving a job from the farmer through to sending the invoice, all entirely paperless. Full Traceability and accountability throughout.

• Telematic job recording – Send jobs directly to your operator and be notified of when the operator has travelled to the job, started and finished the job whilst, also view live in-progress job summary. I.e., how far the operator has gone across the field.

• Fully customisable job operations – set each job operation for your individual needs i.e. Can ask the operator for any individual job information you want your operator to record. Whether that is moisture content (%), seed rate (kg/ha), Bale count or flow rate (m3). You can also add photographs, job instructions and job starting points when scheduling a job.

• Product lists – Can be added to jobs such as silage wrap, fuel, chemical, fertiliser can all be attached to the job with a customisable billing unit.

• Unique farm/contractor relationship – Ag-drive farm users can send jobs to their contactors through the app, so job instructions are black and white. Full traceability for the farmer as he can view the job as its happening. Contractors can also send jobs to each other whilst also maintaining their own account privacy.

• Field mapping – Map fields through the app and also upload customer fields from shapefiles uploaded through the app. Job history, crop, variety and year information can also be added.

• Timesheets – No excuses for late, illegible or incorrect timesheets! Operators can enter timesheet details through the app in a matter of seconds with default start and end times. Overtime hours can also be automatically calculated.

• Health and safety – Risk assessments can be attached to each job if you want.

• Vehicle maintenance and pre-start checks – Prestart checks for each vehicle and implement can be set before each job recording. Can also be turned off if not required.

• Invoicing – Digital invoices can be sent through web app for every job recorded. Ag-drive also fully integrates with accounts packages Xero & Quickbooks.

• Works offline – In no signal, the job will still be recorded and updated to the cloud once in signal or Wi-Fi.
