1)     The medium for all its activities is committed to obeying all the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran, society traditions and conditions of this website.

2)    The membership as a medium is equal to accepting the conditions in this website and Bazaar has no other agreement with the user out of this conditions.

3)    The medium by publishing an article accepts to be in charge of publishing it and it is committed to being responsive based on the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran if a person or company was damaged by the article.

4)    The medium by publishing an article accepts to be in charge of any claims about any infringement of copyright, publisher’s right, publishing right or illegal content based one the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran.

5)    Publishing the articles of any media brings no commitment to both sides for the duration of the cooperation and each side can directly cut the cooperation.

6)    The cooperation between Bazaar and the medium brings no financial commitment to both sides.

Medium activity conditions:

1)    the request for activity as a medium and other correspondence of the medium with Bazaar must be done through the official domain of the medium.

2)    The majority of the medium activity must be related to android applications or generally information technology.

3)    The activities of the website as a medium must be based on the law of Islamic republic of Iran.

4)    The media must be active in publishing articles, those who are active for a short while or publish few articles are not qualified for activity as a medium.

5)    After the verification of your website as a medium, the website must keep having the required conditions, otherwise, Bazaar omits the medium access.

Conditions for publishing articles:

It is mandatory to obey the below conditions for publishing articles.

1)    The medium is committed not to disturb the users’ privacy and be responsive to the consequences in case of any violations.

2)    The media must be committed to all of the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran about copyright, publisher’s rights and publishing rights.

3)    The contents published on any websites or other media though free, do not mean to be allowed to be published on Bazaar. For any contents, accordance with the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran and Bazaar verification are required.

4)    For publishing, any contents, the rights for translation and compilation are for the translator and the author. The media must consider these rights as well.

5)    The resources used in articles must be mentioned completely. As an example, for the websites and weblogs, the link must be mentioned.

6)    The content of an article includes all the belongings such as appearance, pictures, voices and etc.

7)    The legal content to be published in Bazaar are those whose publish are legal according to the current law of the Islamic republic of Iran.

8)    In the process of assessing the quality of an article, Bazaar can compare the article with the other articles and decide for it.

9)    Bazaar is allowed not to publish an article according to its assessment.

10)     The duration of assessing an article is up to 3 working days.

11)    Other requests of the media must be done according to the rules and conditions of Bazaar.

12)    The medium is

not allowed to force the user to become a member in order to access the full content of the article.

13)    No other channels for selling digital contents including android applications, music, and similar contents, should be introduced in the article. All purchases must be exclusively through Bazaar.

14)    The contents of the articles must not be an only simple description of how to use the application. They should convey a value added in comparison to the application description in Bazaar.

15)    It is not permitted to publish an article about an application which has not been published yet.

16)    The articles are only published on the page which the article content is related to.

17)    The articles must be provided by the medium itself. Copying from another media is not permitted at all.

18)    The developers are allowed to refuse to publish an article on the page of their applications.

19)    Bazaar may apply some limitations to the articles in order to show the user optimum information and let the user have a better experience.

Bazaar authority:

Remove or refuse to publish: Bazaar has the authority to remove or refuse to publish an article in case of any violation in any of the conditions mentioned in this website without coordination. It also has the authority to stop his activities at any times.

Stop cooperation: violation of any condition mentioned in this document or on this website may result in stopping the cooperation with the media.
