There are many different ways to start practicing before us. But there may be no motivation to exercise or it may fade over time. The positive impact of a friend who is always going to the club is the best way to start. But finding and scheduling it with such a person is difficult for all of us. We also need to keep in mind that if we train with another non-professional, we may expose ourselves to injury. Having a coach with us during training both provides the motivation needed to exercise and greatly reduces the need for a professional guide to proper exercise and injury. Vocofit’s vision is not making six-packs and professional bodies, but our goal is to bring sports into the lives of all people, for them to enjoy moving their bodies, to feel proud of completing various exercises, to challenge themselves by breaking their previous records, to increase endurance and their confidence.
